font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span class=\"hps\">Starting of the theory of concentric<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">circles<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Thunnen,<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">until<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the newer<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">approaches<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Weber<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Losch, <\/span> <span class=\"hps\">but also\u201d les poles de croissance\u201d <\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Boudeville,<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the Regional and Space Economics<\/span>, attempt <span class=\"hps\">to define the concept<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of the region,<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">since the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Geographical area or<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Administrative region<\/span> or the <span class=\"hps\">Programmatic<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">area<\/span> ,<span class=\"hps\">etc,<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">not<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">necessarily coincide<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Especially in<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">ethnographic research<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the problem<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of determining &#8220;<\/span>region&#8221; <span class=\"hps\">despite<\/span> the <span class=\"hps\">studies<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of B.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Braudel<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">on the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Mediterranean, something that is<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">crucial.<\/span><br \/> <span class=\"hps\">In our study it is realized<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">that the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">region of Serres<\/span>, despite <span class=\"hps\">and<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">because of its specific<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">characteristics<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">was in the past and continues to been a particularly interesting region as <\/span> a subject for the <span class=\"hps\">ethnographic<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">ethnological<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">folklore studies<\/span><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
