text-indent: 1cm; background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; color: black; font-size: 10pt;\">In February 1912 Serbia and Bulgaria proceeded with the signing of a treaty of alliance, while in May of the same year, Greece signed a similar treaty with Bulgaria. Finally, in August 1912 one more such treaty between Bulgaria and Montenegro completed the Balkan front of the countries allied against Ottoman Turkey leading to the 1st Balkan War (9 September 1912). <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; color: black;\">The present announcement deals with violence by the Bulgarians against the Greek population in villages and towns in the Serres area between July 1912 and January 1913.
